Alex is a registered provisional psychologist who completed her Master of Counselling with the City University of Seattle. From non-profit casework and copywriting to dog mushing and women’s centre peer support, her adventurous spirit and wide range of work and volunteer experience ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in counselling.

 

Sessions with Alex are client-centred, strengths-based, and rooted in attachment. She focuses on helping individuals, couples, and groups struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders, and low self-esteem understand their interpersonal patterns and develop coping strategies to improve their quality of life. She is inclusive, collaborative, and believes that you know your story best, so together, you can find the best path forward to reach your unique goals.
